Owner, Richard (Richie) Johnston, has been in the Sacramento area real estate business for over 13 years. After graduation from college, Richie returned home to Granite Bay, California and took a job as Vice President of BV Home Services. He then obtained his real estate license and is currently working as an agent with Better Homes and Gardens. After seeing the need for quality appraisers Richie also became a certified real estate appraiser. As the demand for his services grew, Richie began Johnston Property Valuation by recruiting and training a team of like-minded quality appraisers.
